Weight challenge?

I’m wondering if I can lose 5.21 Kg in a month and a half?


It’ll take me from today’s 80.2 Kg to under 75 Kg.

I’m not wondering if I should, if it’s good, if it’s safe, or if it’s possible.

I’ve lost more than that in less than that, before. So it’s definitely possible.

I’ve weighed less than that target in the last few years. So that’s possible too.

I’m still alive and kicking despite the above two, so it’s not that unsafe either.

Just wondering if this is a good challenge to pick up?

Heart says yes. Head says, ‘Dude you’ve got enough things rotting in your life to improve. Focus somewhere else.’

Note to self: check tomorrow morning. This might just be the post run high talking.
