Yesterday, work and running ensured I emerged victorious.
Today, battling hard using music and a book. Struggling. Failing. Losing.
Appended thoughts.. a run could sort me out, for the day at least. But today’s the only rest day this week. A run would push possibility of injury quite high.
What can I risk more … injured head or legs? 😞
Or should I just suck it up, and make some tea?
