Three consecutive nights of sub six hours of sleep
Four flat whites and a machiatto before 15.00.
Evening party with two flutes of bubbly and two small glasses of red wine.
Nearly 20,000 steps and 40 floors, most within one building.
Not enough water, lots and lots of talking.
I’ve been so hungover all day!
I slept nearly nine hours last night.
This morning I missed a Parkrun for the first time in nearly 5 months.
I’ve had a paracetamol and drunk gallons of water.
Then I took a nearly two hour nap in the evening.
Went for two walks with the boys. Workout headphones.
I’m still hungover. Only a bit now, though.
Should be good for a run tomorrow.
