This week on Garmin

3 runs, 3 swims1, 2 pilates, 1 yoga, and a mini gym session.

Average steps went down, though the step streak still continues.

Weight is down about 0.5Kg from last week. Back at the pre-vacation lows again 🙂

Coming week may be interesting as spinning starts again.

  1. The swim on Sunday was special for being my longest swim session (3000m), and my longest non-stop set (2000m) so far.
