Collected the number, explored the expo (many times over), collected a bunch of freebies, listened to a few talks, and returned home knackered.
Did stretching before leaving, a lighter stretch after returning, and rolled my feet over spiky ball just now before sleeping.
Legs are quite tired today after staying on my feet most of the day. Running the final 5K tomorrow, so need to get a good rest in.
Had egg for breakfast, Pret’s meatball wrap for a very late lunch, and the usual rajmah, chilli paneer, yogurt and chapati for dinner. No extra protein today, but did have a load of other snacks – kaju katli, malt loaf bar, bites of energy bars, peanuts, etc.
