No activities. None at all.
Eagerly went to the pool today, looking forward to the first swim in 2.5 weeks. It was closed due to some swimming championships event.
I’m missing them. Had strong withdrawal symptoms for the first few days at home.
Weight is up by a kilo. It was a surprise. I was expecting a lot more after unhealthy eating, and no exercise for two weeks.
As Raghi says, it’s probably (heavy) muscle lost and (lighter) fat gained 🙁
Now that I’m back home, time to get started with the workouts again. Hopefully, with an easy 5K tomorrow morning.
