30 day challenge – June 2012

Embarrassed by my performance in last weekend’s King of the Downs sportive, it’s time for some regular toning. The challenge for June is a combination of Nov 2011 and Mar 2012 challenges:

  1. Ride / Walk / Run / Swim at least 30 minutes every day (single stretch)
  2. Ride / Walk / Run everywhere. No public transportation, or cars.

I did successfully finish the November and March challenges. Let’s see how it goes this time.
